To begin the process of enrollment, please submit the form below by email. Once received, the Administrator will email you a payment link from SQUARE. We use their online store which is completely safe. WE CHARGE A REGISTRATION FEE PER FAMILY, NOT PER STUDENT.​

STEP ONE: Return to forms below, in your email, let Administrator know of any questions you may have. Or feel free to ask your questions before emailing the forms.

​​​​FIRST TIME ENROLLMENT PRELIMINARY QUESTIONAIRE AND APPLICATION

Type in form, SAVE AS to your device USING YOUR LAST NAME like this EXAMPLE:

STEP TWO: Once Administrator has answered your questions, and received the above forms, she will send you an invoice from SQUARE. You may pay with your credit card in a safe and secure payment portal.

STEP THREE: Once you have paid, Administrator will send a welcome letter with additional information and additional enrollment forms for your student's cumulative file. If it applies, Administrator will request your student records from your previous school
